Interim Connection for Interim Managers

By placing your resume on the Interim Connection website you increase your chances of finding an interesting interim assignment. Our service is free of charge for interim professionals, Interim Connection receives its income from a fee charged to the client. Your personal details will be handled with care and will only be used for mediation of interim projects.

Profile

If you are an independent expert we invite you to register with Interim Connection. You do not need to be a “Manager”, operational professionals are also in demand. The registration process consists of the following steps:

Step 2: Availability
Step 3: Profile
Step 4: Photo (optional)

After receiving you profile, we will review it and place anonymously (i.e. without your personal details) on the Interim Connection website. When a potential client is interested in acquiring your services we will contact you.

Profile Quality

Your profile should fully describe your professional experiences and qualifications. It should not contain personal contact details, such as email addresses, telephone numbers or personal websites.

We review every update to your profile before publishing it. This review certifies that the profiles in the Interim Connection database meet our professional and formal standards. If your profile is not accepted, you can rework your profile texts.

Depending on our workload, it takes 24-72 hours to review your profile.

Client Requests

Clients request us to find candidates to fill temporary personell gaps. These requests are posted on our website as interim project, and interim professionals can apply for the position. Alternatively, the customer already made a pre-selection of potential candidates on our website. In this case we do not post the project on the website and contact the candidates directly per email or telephone.

Application for Interim Projects

As soon as your resume has been reviewed and accepted, you have full access to the interim projects on the website. Are you interested in a project, and do you have the required qualifications? Please apply for the project.

Selection Process

After a pre-selection by Interim Connection we send the profiles of the candidates to the client. If the client is interested in one or more candidates, we will arrange interviews between the interim professional and the client. You will be required to sign a non-competition clause before attending the interview.

Contracts

A contract is signed between you and Interim Connection after the client decided to hire you as interim professional. At the same time a contract is signed between Interim Connection and the client. These contracts regulate the cooperation between client, the interim manager and Interim Connection.

At the start of the project the exact requirements and planning are defined between the client and the interim professional. The interim professional evaluates during the project the progress of the assignment, and reports this to the client and to Interim Connection.

Remuneration

During the interim assignment you invoice Interim Connection the agreed daily rate for the actual days worked for the client. Expenses have to be pre-approved by the client and are invoiced directly to the client.

Confidentiality

All information entrusted to Interim Connection is kept confidential. All publications on our website are anonymous. Anonymity is only discontinued after consultation and with the permission of the persons concerned. You can read more about this topic in our Privacy Statement.
